Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between TECK.net Inc., a Nevada corporation ("TECK.net", "we", "us"), and the individual or organization purchasing services from us ("you", "Customer"). By engaging us to provide any service, you agree to these Terms in addition to any signed proposal, statement of work, or service-specific agreement.

Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration and management, custom application development, business-automation consulting, integration work with third-party APIs, and related professional services. Specific scope and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.

Fees and payment

Recurring services (hosting, domain renewals, maintenance plans) are billed in advance on the agreed cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Project work is billed per the schedule defined in the relevant statement of work. Payment is due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Term and termination

Engagements continue on the cycle specified at the time of purchase. Either party may terminate a recurring service at the end of the then-current billing cycle by giving notice at least 14 days before renewal. We may suspend or terminate any service if you fail to pay outstanding fees, violate these Terms, or use our services for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish, store, or transmit using our services, including ensuring you have the right to use that content. You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, current contact and billing information, and any administrative access we grant you. You may not use our services to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law.

Service levels

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of hosted services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance when possible. Unscheduled outages are addressed as quickly as practical. We do not provide service-level credits unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific engagement.

Third-party services

Some services we provide integrate with or rely on third-party providers (domain registrars, payment processors, email infrastructure, video hosting, accounting platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes by those providers. If a third-party service we use becomes unsuitable, we will work with you in good faith to identify an alternative.

Intellectual property

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, you own the content and final deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, and methods we bring to the work, and grant you a non-exclusive perpetual license to use the deliverables as agreed. We may use general expertise and non-confidential learnings from any engagement in our future work.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information, customer data, and credentials shared with us in confidence and will not disclose them except as needed to perform the engagement or as required by law.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you authorize TECKnet Inc. to send customer-care messages to the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may not opt in any phone number that is not yours or that you are not authorized to enroll. We will not share your mobile opt-in data or consent record with any third party for their marketing purposes, and we will not share your phone number with affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Carson City, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email or through our admin portal. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
