Where are your servers located?
Our servers are housed in the Switch Citadel data center, a Tier IV facility powered by 100% renewable energy. The Citadel is one of the most reliable and secure data centers in the world — and it's right here in Northern Nevada, which means low-latency connectivity for our regional clients and a partner you can drive to.
Do you include email hosting?
Yes — every hosting plan includes professional email accounts at your domain. You get full IMAP/POP3/SMTP access, webmail, and modern spam filtering. No need to layer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on top unless you want to.
Do you provide local support?
Yes. We're based at 913 N Nevada Street in Carson City and provide phone, email, and screenshare support during business hours, with after-hours coverage available on retainer. You'll talk to the team that builds your software — not a help desk.
Can you migrate my existing site?
In most cases, yes. We've migrated sites built in custom PHP, static HTML, and just about everything else. The first step is a free audit so we can give you an honest read on what's involved and what to budget for.
How is your hosting different from GoDaddy or Bluehost?
